When a mockup is available for a particular product, you'll see a 'Mockups' toggle in the top-left-hand corner of the editor. For print on demand products with new 3D mockups, you’ll be presented with three distinct 3D images, each showcasing the product from a different angle.

Once your 3D wall art mockup has been generated, you can download a full-size image to use in various marketing materials, such as product listings, social media posts or promotional comms.

How do I access the new 3D mockups in the Prodigi dashboard?

Accessing our new 3D wall art mockups requires no changes to your current workflow. Simply log in to your Prodigi dashboard and begin the order creation process for your desired product. During the editing stage in the image editor, when prompted to add an image, look for the 'Mockups' toggle in the top-left-hand corner. This toggle will be visible for any product with an available mockup.

For products with 3D mockups available, you'll be presented with three 3D images. Each wall art mockup shows your product from a different perspective, giving you and your customers a comprehensive view.

Will the old-style mockups still be available?

Yes, for some products where we haven't yet created 3D mockups (e.g. phone cases), we'll continue to display the old-style mockup. However, these will show only one angle, while the new 3D mockups provide three different perspectives.

What's happening to the standalone Mockup Generator?

As we continue to develop our 3D mockup offering, we’ll eventually look to retire our Mockup Generator, which currently exists outside the Prodigi dashboard and is freely available to anyone online. By making mockups available exclusively in the dashboard, we can better manage and enhance our in-built product preview feature.

In the meantime, we encourage all users to create a Prodigi account to access our new and improved 3D wall art mockups along with our full range of dashboard order solutions, which include our manual order form, CSV importer and sales channel integrations.
