The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a key new element in the EU product safety legal framework, coming into effect on 13 December 2024.
The GPSR mandates that all consumer products sold in the EU must meet safety requirements. It also imposes specific obligations on businesses to ensure compliance.
If you sell to EU consumers, these regulations will apply to you. For all EU orders, you must provide safety information about the products to your customers. To support you in meeting these requirements, we have created the below templates, summarising the information for each product type.
